ice posters

This is an ice poster that I made that is opposite to ice. I used many different layers and pictures. This was supposed to be a movie poster. But I had problems with the layers though working and using the brush to take away part of the crystals, but this is what I have. Pretend this is a movie poster that is white at the bottom with blowing writing that says Antarctica coming this winter. there was a lot of blend modes used to create this too and using graphs to contrast the light.

Natural Wonders of The World

This is my website that I created in Contemporary Design, It composes of seven pages with information about 10 natural wonders to visit before you die. I am very sorry, I forgot to make an African one, sorry Africa. I you would like to see some natural wonders in Africa, visit this link
http://sevennaturalwonders.org/. In any case, I talk about N.A, S.A, Asia, Europe, and Oceania. I used many tools and invested a lot of work into this site. I had to create the buttons and had to rethink my page design. I had to use the rectangle tool, text tool, states, colors, and the internet. I also had to export each and every page onto the internet.

City Website

 This is a website that I created in class this week, it was on a city of our choice. I did Antalya, Turkey. I created 5 pages about Antalya including 
a hotel page, visitor info, must see attractions, things to do, and a home page. I copy and pasted pretty much everything from the internet including the text. I also included information about it's culture and attractions to pretend to have people interested in coming to Antalya. Hope you enjoy the website and breath taking views of the photographs.

Restaurant

This week, we worked on a restaurant website, this is mine. I did the Greek Chicken restaurant and tried to mimic their website. For the bar, it was transparent on the site, so I came as close as I could to mimicking transparency in solid color by making it grey. I used tools, including the rectangle tool and I copied and pasted information from the website. Another challenge, was making the background color of the website,I used reds, and that did not work, finally, I realized that the background color was a dark reddish beige. Finally, that was done then I used black text, and I realized that it would not be easy to read to some people, so I made the text a neon green color, and it is now a lot easier for me to read it and for other people who have a hard time reading too.

Monster Movie

This week, I had to make a one minute video that had a story involved in it. It is a horror/monster mini movie. I used a black arrow/drag tool and a scale tool for the characters and a rotating tool for only one shot. One technique that I used was force perspective on 2D images. This happens in three scenes in the entire mini movie. There are also a few very suspenseful scenes. One of them, builds up the tension and then bam, there it is. Some scenes may not look scary, but they are in that is what you don't see. At the beginning, I was thinking about having a suspenseful ending having you decide what happens at the end. But then I decided to make up what really happens at the end of the mini movie. All of my clip art is from the internet and not from our clip art library. And there are no sounds or music, so you will have to imagine the sounds and music for yourself to set the mood. But always, ENJOY!

Age of Ultron movie poster

This is a movie poster that I made for Age of Ultron, because I am going to see it. I used a paint restoration by using size 11 brush and covering it with a white layer. I finally saved it and I am going to see it today Friday May,1. Later!

video editing

Today, I made a video by editing it on final cut pro. I made it so it would have sound and cool imagery. I used a razor tool, black arrow tool, and other tools. I also edited it from beginning to end. I like this program more than than adobe flash, so you can see more screen shots or actual videos.
